After finishing primary and secondary school in Našice, she studied and graduated at the Faculty of Philosophy in Zagreb (study groups comparative literature / history of art / library science). After completing her studies, she worked at the Isidora Kršnjavog High School as a librarian and art teacher (from 1991 to 1999). In March 1999, she moved to the position of director and curator at the Našice Local History Museum, where she works to this day.
She organized and set up a number of exhibitions and wrote numerous texts in exhibition catalogs and other publications of the Museum, as well as other publishers. She published a number of professional works in periodicals and anthologies and edited several editions. She is a member of the Croatian Museum Society, the Croatian Librarian Society – the Society of Librarians of Slavonia and Baranja, and the Society of Croatian Art Historians. From 2009 to 2012, she was a member of the Executive Board of the Croatian Museum Society in Zagreb, from 2016 to 2018, a member of the Executive Board of the Museum Association of Eastern Croatia. She is the president and a long-term member of the Matica Hrvatska Branch in Našice and a member of the Croatian Historian Association in Našice.
For her achievements in her work, she was awarded the annual Culture Award of the Osijek-Baranja County in 2001 and 2014, the winner of the “Radovan Ivančević” Charter of the Society of Croatian Art Historians for the Advancement and Promotion of Art History (2014) and the annual award of the Croatian Museum Society (2014). .) for work in the museum profession, i.e. co-authorship of the exhibition and catalog “Art heritage of the Pejačević family”.
In October 2018, she was an expert associate on the development of the Museological concept – the new museum space of the Našice Local Museum in the area of the Pejačević – Big Manor in Našice, which was carried out by the company NFO d.o.o. from Zagreb. This study was positively evaluated at the presentation at the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Croatia, and the renovation of the Pejačević Manore is currently being carried out based on it.
She is a collaborator on the HRZZ scientific project Representation, development, education, participation – art in society from the 19th to the 21st century, from 2023 to 2027.
She was also a collaborator on HRZZ projects: Croatia and Central Europe: Art and Politics in the Modern Period (1780-1945) from 2013 to 2017, then Art and the State in Croatia from the Enlightenment to Today from 2018 to 2022.
